Axe of Skaði

The Norse goddess of winter Skaði has chosen a champion to wield an axe of frost in her name. Decorated with the runes: Wolf, Strength ᚢ, Beserker, Ice ᛁ, Warrior ᛏ, & Serpent ᚼ.
Created for the IntoGames "Wintery Weapons" prompt. Concepted by photobashing. The ray-traced renders from Iray lost the glossiness of the ice so there's a mix of those dry renders and moist viewport screenshots.
I love Norse mythology and iconography and definitely wasn't thinking about God of War Ragnarok the whole time.
